// UnifyFlow MCP — voice-first process discoveryBefore you automate,
ask

Your whole team, inside your AI agent. Claude or ChatGPT ask your people over WhatsApp, everyone answers with a 30-second voice note and you get the real process back: its paths, who does what, where it gets stuck and what nobody had written down — with the exact words of whoever said it.

[02] Why now

AI doesn’t fail because of the model. It fails because it automates the process in the manual.

Gartner expects over 40% of agentic AI projects to be canceled by the end of 2027, over cost, unclear value or risk. What gets automated is usually the process on paper. The real one lives in people’s heads, a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet called something_final.

// how it’s mapped today
✕

The two-hour workshop

2 h × 6 people = 12 team hours. And what comes out is the official process, not the one people follow.

✕

The survey

Textbook answers written to look good, and half of them never come back.

✕

Screen recording

It sees clicks, not decisions. And in Europe it brings in the works council and the DPO.

UnifyFlow

One question, 30 seconds per person from their phone, and the real process with the words of who does it. Audio is never stored.

[03] How it finds it

The process you didn’t know you had. It appears while your team talks.

One order at La Ceiba, from sale to payment. In the manual it’s four boxes. Scroll and listen to each person: with every sentence, UnifyFlow draws what nobody had written down.

  1. [00] The manual

How an order goes out. On paper.

Order, shipping, invoice, payment. Four boxes: what gets drawn on the whiteboard, and what an automation project would start from.

    • 4 boxes
  2. [01] María, the general manager

    A handoff nobody drew

“Sales and the warehouse trip over each other in the orders spreadsheet; every week an order gets lost or an old one gets shipped.” — María · general manager

// unifyflow finds Two teams on one file: Andrés logs, Carmen ships. A handoff between teams and a blocker, with how often it happens.

    • handoff
    • blocker · once a week
  3. [02] Laura, billing

The blocker comes back at month-end

“What reaches me at billing is the mess: orders duplicated between sales and the warehouse that then have to be re-invoiced.” — Laura · billing

// unifyflow finds Her steps, with owner and tool: on the 25th she cross-checks with the warehouse, invoices and collects. And a loop: what got duplicated comes back as a re-invoice.

    • owned steps
    • loop · re-invoice
  4. [03] Laura, again

The path that isn’t in the manual

“Any discount or credit note needs María’s approval, and she isn’t always around. I wait days for a signature.” — Laura · billing

// unifyflow finds A decision splits the process in two. On the exception path the invoice goes up to management and waits: a bottleneck with a name.

    • 2 paths
    • blocked · days for a signature
  5. [04] María, Laura… and Diego

    Three versions of one signature

“Credit notes have to be approved by Diego, he knows each customer’s costs” — María

“If someone says Diego approves them, that’s news to me.” — Laura

// unifyflow finds A contradiction, with the quote behind each version. It isn’t hidden: it is the finding. And the gap goes into the next interview.

    • contradiction
    • → next question
  6. [05] What nobody asked

    The work nobody sees

“I do the bank reconciliation myself on Saturdays from home. Nobody knows because it has never failed.” — Laura · billing

// unifyflow finds Invisible work: someone carries it and no other source mentions it. If Laura is out for a week, nobody knows there is something to cover.

    • invisible work
  7. [06] The real process

From 4 boxes to 8. And nobody had written it down.

Logs the order (Andrés, Sales) → Ships from the sheet (Carmen, Warehouse) → Day 25: cross-check (Laura, Billing) → Issues invoices (Laura, Billing) → Discount or credit? (Billing) → yes: Signs the exception (María, Management) → Collects payment (Laura, Billing) → Reconciles the bank (Laura · Sat., Billing)

La Ceiba is UnifyFlow’s demo company. Quotes are translated from its Spanish demo interviews, and the findings are the ones the product computes from them.

[04] Who it’s for

For whoever has to understand a process before changing it. And for whoever does it every day.

What process mining and process intelligence platforms do for the enterprise, UnifyFlow does for the company without a process team, and for the consultancy working with it.

One click. We create a panel and hand you the URL with the key inside. No email, no account.

2

Settings → Connectors

On claude.ai, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste the URL.

3

Ask it something

That’s it. Talk normally, no need to name any tool.

Ask our billing team how they invoice today

Until you generate one, the examples show https://unifyflow.app/api/mcp/<panel>/<key>

[06] What your agent can do

It’s not just asking. It’s understanding how your company works.

Eight tools that go from the first question to the flow map, through what each person said and who is responsible for what.

The demos below show the Spanish UI.

01 / 08crear_capsula

Ask without leaving the chat

Tell your agent what you want to know. It creates the capsule and hands you the link, with the message already drafted for your WhatsApp group.

Ask without leaving the chat

Whoever answers opens the link, holds the button and talks. No account, no app, nothing to install.

02 / 08ver_panel

Who answered, without opening a dashboard

How many replied out of how many you expected, capsule by capsule. Ask your agent how it’s going and it tells you.

Who answered, without opening a dashboard

The same view as the panel, right where you already work.

03 / 08leer_respuestas

The steps, with names attached

What each person said: the transcript, the steps they take, with which tool, how long it takes and where it gets stuck.

The steps, with names attached

Only what was sent. Whoever speaks owns what they said until they hit send — the MCP is not a back door to that.

04 / 08generar_matriz

A RACI matrix, from the chat

Cross several capsules into one table: activities as rows, teams as columns, and who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted or Informed.

A RACI matrix, from the chat

Every cell says where it came from. Cells nobody stated are flagged as model inferences, never dressed up as facts.

05 / 08buscar_en_la_empresa

Ask the company, not the dashboard

Every step someone described is embedded when they send it. Your agent searches by meaning: “where are we losing time?” finds the right steps even if none says “time”.

Ask the company, not the dashboard

Each match brings who said it, from which capsule and how close it is: evidence, not a summary. A brand-new answer takes up to a minute to become searchable — we’d rather say so than look broken.

06 / 08mapa_de_procesos

The flow, with its hand-offs

The process as a graph: activities in order, the team doing each one, and arrows where work changes hands. It comes as Mermaid, so your agent draws it in the chat.

The flow, with its hand-offs

It derives from the matrices you already reviewed: fix the matrix and the map follows.

07 / 08quien_hace

Who does what, with proof

Ask about an activity and get who executes it, who approves, who is consulted and who is informed — with the exact sentence of whoever said it.

Who does what, with proof

Anything nobody said is declared as a model inference. An unsupported answer is never dressed up as fact.

08 / 08live

The map grows while they answer

No refresh, no asking again. Each voice note is transcribed, its steps extracted and indexed, and the response count goes up on its own.

The map grows while they answer

And the audio is never stored: it is transcribed in flight and discarded. There is no table or bucket where it lives.

[07] From finding to figure

Every bottleneck, in hours. And the hours, in money.

UnifyFlow shows where work gets stuck and how long it takes, with the words of whoever said it. Connected next to the MCPs you already use, your agent crosses what your team says it does with what your systems record and does the math. That’s the evidence to decide what to automate first — and what not to.

unifyflow · says

Billing cross-checks a spreadsheet by hand and it takes 1.5 h a day.

your accounting MCP · records

How many invoices went out this month.

your agent · crosses

Does the math: how many hours of cross-checking each invoice costs.

[08] No surveillance

We ask. We don’t watch.

Is this employee monitoring software? No. Nobody installs anything and no screen is recorded: people get a question and decide what to tell.

01
Audio is never stored
It’s transcribed on the spot and discarded. There is no table or bucket where it lives: 0 B.
02
People review first
They see what was understood, fix it or remove it, and only then send it. Until then it’s theirs.
03
No screens, no clicks
No screen recording, no browser extension. Only what the person chose to say.
04
Every fact, quoted
Anything nobody said is flagged as a model inference. No finding without a sentence behind it.
[09] For consultants

Many companies, one account. Truly separated.

If you do digital transformation, your work isn’t one company: it’s eight at once, each with its people, its map and its pains. And the proposal you win is the one that arrives with the client’s real process, quoted — not with what you guessed in the first meeting. In UnifyFlow you add one company per client from the same account, and each is its own X-ray — people, interviews, graph and findings belong to it and nobody else.

01

One MCP per company

Connect that company’s URL and the server only lists that company’s tools. It cannot name any other: one client’s map can never show up in another client’s session.

02

One portfolio MCP

Plus one connection that is yours: list your companies with their progress, add a new client from the chat and get its MCP URL back. It never interviews or touches a graph — on purpose.

03

The client keeps its own key

Each company keeps its own keyed link. Hand it to your client so they see theirs, and nothing of the others.

04

And this one you can revoke

Your account key is issued and revoked from your portfolio. If it leaks, cut it — without touching your clients’ links.

[10] Before you ask

What this MCP doesn’t do.

✕ 01
The key lives in the URL
Anyone with that URL gets into your panel: treat it like a password and never paste it in a public repo.
✕ 02
A panel key can’t be revoked
If that URL leaks, create a new panel. Your ACCOUNT key (the portfolio one) can be revoked — the difference matters, so it’s here and not in the fine print.
✕ 03
It doesn’t delete or edit
Your agent can ask, read, search and draw. It can’t delete a matrix or close a capsule: an agent that deletes by mistake is expensive.
✕ 04
It doesn’t invent the map
The graph comes from matrices you reviewed. If an activity has nobody doing it, it says so — it doesn’t fill the gap with a guess.
